We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Gardener – Cannabis Cultivation to help us grow exceptional plants and maintain a world-class cultivation environment.
Gardener – Cannabis Cultivation
Your responsibilities:
- Care for plants throughout their lifecycle — watering, pruning, cloning, and transplanting
- Monitor grow room conditions (light, humidity, temperature, etc.) and alert the team to any issues
- Support pest and disease control using integrated pest management (IPM) techniques
- Help with harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing to ensure product quality
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards across the facility
- Accurately log plant care and movements in our tracking system
Your profile:
- Hands-on experience in horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis growing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
- A team-oriented mindset — you’re ready to learn, contribute, and grow
- Physically able to lift 23 kg and work on your feet throughout the day
